🔹 1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is available on request—please contact our team for a custom quote.

🔹 2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if available) will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping charges vary by location and will be communicated before order confirmation.

🔹 3. Delivery Timeline

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2–4 Working days.
  • Customized Orders: Usually delivered within 10–21 Working days, depending on design and material availability.

Note: Delays due to public holidays, weather, or courier issues are rare but possible. We’ll notify you in such cases.

🔹 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also reach out to us for real-time updates.

🔹 5. Packaging & Insurance

  • All orders are packed in secure, tamper-proof boxes.
  • Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Please do not accept any package that appears damaged or tampered with.

🔹 6. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times or contact you for rescheduling.

🔹 7. Address Changes

To update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
