Refund and Returns Policy

🔹 1. Return Eligibility
- Ready-to-Ship Jewellery:
You may return or exchange products purchased from our ready collections within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all certificates. - Custom/Personalized Orders:
Unfortunately, custom-made jewellery, engraved items, or special design requests are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed or personalized jewellery
- Items with visible wear or damage post-delivery
- Items without original invoice, packaging, or certificate
🔹 3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or call.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔹 4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for ready jewellery pieces within 7 days.
- If the new item costs more, the balance must be paid; if less, the difference will be refunded.
